International Orders - Conditions Of Sale
International shipments can be very expensive. In an effort to keep the EasyI2C™ affordable to International customers, all international sales are subject to the following conditions. By placing an order for international shipment, you are agreeing to the following conditions over and above domestic USA orders.
1. Ordering by means of the No Insurance option reduces your costs, but you unconditionally accept full liability for the entire order including shipping costs, even if the shipment is lost, stolen, fails to be admitted by Customs, is not received, is damaged upon arrival, or is not received by you for any reason. Such orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International Small Flat-Rate Box. A partial copy of the sending receipt, which includes the Customs number, and a copy of the CN22 Customs customer copy will be provided upon request. By choosing this option, you agree to waive any and all reimbursement rights through Paypal or any other payment handler against X.E.LLC for any and all claims, provided that X.E.LLC can provide proof of shipment as defined above.
2. Ordering by means of the With Insurance option increases your costs, but reduces your liability to only the shipping/handling costs, not the price of the product itself. Such orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International Regular Flat Rate Box, and may include a Return Receipt card which must be signed by you. Insurance in this case is provided by the USPS, not by Xtreme Engineering LLC, and any claims must be filed by you with USPS. For more information about the insurance coverage, please visit http://www.usps.com/international/intlspecialservices.htm#H2. By choosing this option, you agree to waive any and all reimbursement rights through Paypal or any other payment handler against X.E.LLC for any and all claims, provided that X.E.LLC can provide proof of shipment, specifically a partial copy of the sending receipt, which includes the Customs number, and a copy of the CN22 Customs customer copy. Please note that choosing this option may increase your liability for VAT or other similar import fees or duties.

Customs, Tariffs, Duties and any other supplemental charges: You acknowledge that any and all additional charges which may be required when receiving an imported item are your sole responsibility, and that payments to Xtreme Engineering LLC by means of Paypal or other payment mechanisms do not include or cover such excess charges. This includes VAT for EU countries. For more information on any charges that may be imposed, please consult your country's Customs and Mail service providers. In the event that you choose not to pay any or all supplemental charges, you unconditionally agree to waive any and all reimbursement rights through Paypal or any other payment handler against X.E.LLC for any and all claims
4. Payment Clearance: Your order will not be released for shipment until your payment has cleared through Paypal. We apologize for the delay, but this is necessary to reduce fraud. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person or business, including those with an "unconfirmed" address with Paypal.
5. RoHS Compliance: EasyI2C™ is manufactured using RoHS compliant components and materials.
