Where are the USB drivers for EasyI2C™?You don't need to do a separate install of the USB driver. The driver (a dll file) is embedded in the EasyI2C.exe file itself. It is automatically extracted to the same location as the exe, when the exe is run for the first time. If you move the exe to a different folder, it will re-extract the dll again in the new location.
I'm just getting gobbledy-gook when I connect. You might have SCL and SDA reversed, or your GND connection might be incorrect (perhaps on a signal line or even VCC). Exceeding 400KHz bus speeds may also yield inconsistent results. (Did you provide pullups? 4.7K is a max pullup value for 400KHz, in our experience.)
The bus communications are inconsistent. It might be good to check the signal integrity with an oscilloscope. If your pullups are too weak, faster bus speeds can introduce pattern-sensitive errors.
How do I know if I have the latest firmware? There have been no bug fixes required for the EasyI2C™ unit since its original release. (We tested it to Hades and back before releasing to production, and we're proud of it!) Any future updates to the EasyI2C.exe application will be available on our Downloads page (always free).

I run the .exe but I get an error. Help! The EasyI2C™ application requires .Net 2.0 or above (if you don't have it, you'll get an error with code 0xC0000135 in most cases). A link for an installer is available on our Downloads page. In some rare cases you may have incompatible versions of certain DLL's already on your system. If you are unable to successfully launch the exe, try downloading and running the 'Runtime Library' file from our Downloads page. Finally, if this doesn't work (hasn't happened yet!), please don't hesitate to drop us an email or call us up.
Will EasyI2C™ ever run on Linux? We are currently working on a Java version of the EasyI2C™ application. When ready, it will be available (for free, of course!) on our Downloads page.
I need a feature that isn't in the EXE...Just drop us a note with the details; we'd love to hear (and implement) your suggestions! (We're at V1.003 of the app now, with new requested features.)
I need true 1.8V support!EasyI2C™ can do it! Just contact us via email before your order.
